Show Notes

This episode was inspired by a recent life coaching session - my client wanted to figure out how she could remain calm and unbothered by family members that she found difficult to deal with.

With the festive season and all the social events that come with it approaching as I publish this episode, I thought there's no better time to share some tricks and techniques that will allow you to handle difficult or triggering people with as much grace as possible (and without expending all that mental and emotional energy that these situations can drain!).

In this episode, I share:

  • A reframe on these difficult people and what we can learn about ourselves in these situations

  • How to avoid being pulled into old patterns like people pleasing, blaming or victim mode

  • A powerful practice to use before seeing difficult people to keep you in a calm, connected space

  • A practice to help you reset after reacting

Enjoy!
