I'm Amelia - a psychology-trained coach (Bachelor + Honours in Psychology), mum of three, and I live in Perth, Western Australia.

For over a decade, I’ve supported women through growth in both life and business. I've found a sweet spot blending behavioural psychology, nervous system regulation, identity work and strategic business design.

I specialise in helping established service-based business owners move from scattered, high-pressure growth into structured, sustainable expansion without slipping into burnout, over-creation or self-sabotage.

I’ve built businesses through 1:1 coaching, masterminds, group programs and digital offers, and I deeply understand what it takes to grow while raising a family and holding a full life.

My approach is calm, direct and deeply supportive.

I don't do one-size-fits-all formulas and I'm very invested in knowing my clients deeply. I'm herer to support your version of a joyful life and business. In my world, there are none of the smoke and mirrors, sneaky sales tactics, and big, baseless claims that happen so often in the coaching industry.
